Email is an important communication tool. Once you join an organization it will be a part of your daily routine as it will be an way of communication and you cannot make any mistake while writing an it as it will create a negative impression on the receiver.There are some points to be remembered while writing an email
- It should always be left align
- Do not use words like Ma’am and no comma to be used
- Always remember tonality of the email always matters.
- There should be space between paragraph.
- It should contain head body and salutation
- Salutation can be (yours sincerely ,Thanks and regards) depending on the matter

Now whatsapp took place of E-mail. Unless some important docs have to be sent, all the info are passed through whatsapp..
Email is a basic tool now 😀
