An amalgam of determination is what’s required by an HRM to stride towards success.
Beyond the obvious facades of paperwork and desk jobs, HRM is actually now looking into the emotional satisfaction and content level of the company’s dignitaries and the employees in general. The satisfaction in terms on working environment, salaries, co-workers, job profiles and duties is required to maintain the levels of dedication and loyalty towards the company and the job.
It’s not a new news but it’s definitely a good news. And every industry can use a good news. The thing about good news is that it’s short lived and soon overthrown by drama.
The HR department is now being overburdened with the unholy task of maintaining the dignity of the company in the public’s eyes while juggling with the internal conflicts. Teaming up with the PR of the company surely makes it convenient but not any easier.
To an outsider’s eyes, HRM might just be limited to taking interviews and snooping around in people’s lives while basking in the air conditioned, unworthy offices of their own but only a Human Resource official knows what all he has to do to keep the whole office happy and everyone on their feet.
