The biggest challenge for HR divisions these days is to manage and control all the CSR activities. HR operations are usually concerned to be limited to recruitment, training, activities concerned with staff and counselling. They are considered to be those professional who lack social/development vision. But exceptional is there in all departments weather it is HR or another departments. Individuals those who have passion to help/serve people donβt need a reason to do so, they just do it. They develop their skill and experience with time. But as HR people are people with exceptional abilities, passion and skill they prove to be good in the field of managing CSR activities.CSR programs require a very different skill set. So individuals those who get into CSR programs need to have a passion of development work and they should be skilled/trained/ developed in the direction of development.
