Short and crisp. Nice.
Very precise and clear. I too believe that training can produce greater output since it basically focuses on skill development. Also, it increases the effectiveness and efficiency of the firm, even though it is a bit costly. But analyzing the costs and benefits, one would prefer trained individuals.
