Customer Agent:-80 Posts

• Qualification:-Candidate should have graduate in any discipline / faculty minimum 3 year duration from a recognized university with knowledge of basic computer operations.
• Pay Scale:-Rs 13800/- Per Month
• Age Limit:-The age of the candidate for the post of Customer Agent should be 28 years as on 1^st May 2015.

Senior Customer Agent:-20 Posts

• Qualification:-Candidate should have graduate in any discipline / faculty minimum 3 year duration from a recognized university with knowledge of basic computer operations.
• Experience:-Candidate should have 5 year experience as customer agent.
• Pay Scale:-Rs 17250/- Per Month
• Age Limit:-The age of the candidate for the post of Customer Agent should be 28 years as on 1^st May 2015.

Security Agent:-20o Posts

• Qualification:-Candidate should have graduate in any discipline / faculty minimum 3 year duration from a recognized university with ability to speak Hindi, English and conversant with local language.
• Pay Scale:-Rs 13800/- Per Month
• Age Limit:-The age of the candidate for the post of Customer Agent should be 28 years as on 1^st May 2015.

Selection Procedure:-Selection will be on the basis of group discussion, personal interview and pre-employment medical examination.

Age Relaxation:- The upper age limit is relaxable for the following specified categories to the extent indicated below.
i) By 5 years for candidates belonging to SC/ST communities.
ii) By 3 years for candidates belonging to OBC communities.

Application Fee:-Candidates are required to pay application fee of Rs 500/- by means of a demand draft in favor of “Air India Air Transport Services Ltd” payable at Mumbai. No fee for EXSM / SC / ST communities. Please write your full name on the reverse of the demand draft.

How to apply:-Interested and eligible candidates may appear for interview along with a recent passport size color photograph of the full face should be pasted neatly in the space provided in the application form and self-attested copies of supportive documents in respect of educational / technical qualification. Original certificate will be required to be bring along for verification purpose only at the time of the selection process.
