Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) invites application for the posts of Officer Trainee – Human Resource in  All India.

Interested candidates for the post of Officer Trainee – Human Resource are required to suit to the following criteria:

Age: The age of the candidates applying for the Position of Officer Trainee – Human resource should be 27 years as on 31^st August 2015.

Qualification: The candidates applying for the Position of Officer Trainee – Human should have

• Two year full time post-graduation degree / equivalent course in HR / Personnel management / industrial relations / Psychology OR
• Master in Business Administration (MBA) with specification in HR / Personnel management from AICTE approved / UGC recognized institute / University.

Pay Scale: Candidates selected for the given post should expect a pay scale of Rs 24900 – 50500/- Per Month.

Total no. of Posts: The number of posts available with HPCL for the post of Officer Trainee – Human resource is 45.

Selection criteria: Candidates will be short listed on the basis of their written Exam and Personal Interview

Age Relaxation: The upper age limit is relaxable for the following specified categories to the extent indicated below.
i) By 5 years for candidates belonging to SC communities.
ii) By 5 years for candidates belonging to ST communities.
iii) By 3 years for candidates belonging to OBC communities.
iv) By 10 years for candidates belonging to PWD communities.

Application fee: Candidates applying for the position of Officer Trainee – Human Resource are required to pay non-refundable application fee Rs 605/- through Debit card / Credit card or pay through Challan at State bank of India. Schedule caste SC / Schedule tribe ST / Person with disability PWD are exempted from payment of application fee.
