Karnataka State Police invites application for the posts of Armed Police constable in Hyderabad (Karnataka).

Interested candidates for the post of Armed Police constable are required to suit to the following criteria:

Age: The age of the candidates applying for the position of Armed Police constable should not less than 18 years and should not more than 25 years for General category and the age of the candidates belonging to SC / ST / CAT-01 / 2A / 2B / 3A / 3B category should not less than 18 years and should not more than 27 years.

Qualification: The candidates applying for the position of Armed Police constable should have PUC, +2 class (+2 class standard- CBSE / +2 class standard – ICSE / +2 class standard – SSE) or equivalent.

Pay Scale: Candidates selected for the given post should expect a pay scale of Rs. 11600 – 21000/- Per Month.

Total no. of Posts: The number of posts available for the post of Armed Police constable is 246 .

Selection criteria: Candidates will be short listed on the basis of their written Examination / Endurance Examination / Physical Standard examination and Personal Interview

Application Fee: Candidates applying for the position of Armed Police constable are required to pay application fee Rs 250/- for General category candidates / OBC category candidates and RS 100/- for Schedule caste / schedule tribe / PWD category candidates. Payment of application should be made in state bank of Mysore (SBM) / state bank of Hyderabad (SBH) only. Candidates have to fill the application and generate the challan and make the printout in the respective bank.
