BSF Recruitment 2015

Border Security Force (BSF) invites application for the posts of Assistant Sub Inspector (Stenographer) and Head Constable (Ministerial) in All India.

Interested candidates for the post of Assistant Sub-Inspector (Stenographer) are required to suit to the following criteria:

Age: The age of the candidate should not less than 18 years and should not more than 25 years as on 1^st August 2015.

Qualification: The candidate should have Intermediate or Senior secondary school certificate (+2 class) examination or Senior Secondary board or equivalent and shorthand @ 80 w.p.m. in English OR in Hindi for 10 minutes. Transcription of dictation in English in 50 minutes on computer OR transcription of dictation in Hindi in 65 minutes on computer.

Pay Scale: Candidates selected for the given post should expect a pay scale of Rs 5200 – 20200/- Per Month.

Total no. of Posts: The number of posts available with BSF for the post of Assistant Sub-Inspector (Stenographer)  is 25

Interested candidates for the post of Head Constable (Ministerial) are required to suit to the following criteria:

Age: The age of the candidate should not less than 18 years and should not more than 25 years as on 1^st August 2015.

Qualification: The candidate should have Intermediate or Senior secondary school certificate (+2 class) examination or Senior Secondary board or equivalent and Typing @ 35 w.p.m. in English or @ 30 w.p.m. in Hindi on computer.

Pay Scale: Candidates selected for the given post should expect a pay scale of Rs 5200 – 20200/- Per Month.

Total no. of Posts: The number of posts available with BSF for the post of Head Constable (Ministerial) is 111.

Selection criteria: Candidates will be short listed on the basis of their written Examination / Physical standars test / short hand test and typing speed test.

Fees structure: The application fees is Rs 50/- by a Demand Draft / Indian Postal order as examination fee in favor of addressee to whom the application is addressed. However, fee is exempted of all women candidates and candidates belonging to SC / ST / BSF Candidates / EXSM.

Age Relaxation: The upper age limit is relaxable for the following specified categories to the extent indicated below.
i) By 5 years for candidates belonging to SC/ST communities.

Following is the application procedure: Interested and eligible candidates may apply in prescribed application form along with two recent passport size photograph should be attached to the application. One each photograph to be affixed on the application from and admit card and two sled-addressed envelope of size of 25 x 12 cm with postal stamp worth Rs 40/- each send to concerned RAs / HQrs. Under which state falls as per official notification on or before 3^rd August 2015.
