Indian monks always try to involve positivity all around us. If you see certain rituals and ancient constructions, if we studies it, we came to know that they were well known of positive and negative energies and always try to make positive energies spread. They had made that rituals and sometimes connected to religions so that common, uneducated people follow this. But now we never see a sun rising or spent time with nature. It is very important for positive thinking 🙂
