When people are motivated at work, it shows a motivated worker is usually:
- enthusiastic and full of energy
- willing to accept responsibility and changes
- cooperative in solving problems and getting along with colleagues
- consistently performing at a high level.
Motivation comes from within
When people are motivated, their own enthusiasm pushes them to perform as expected – and often beyond expectations! They want to achieve results that will benefit themselves, the team and the organisation. Motivated employees are not “going through the motions” or performing to expected standards out of fear to avoid punishment. Motivation is a positive state of mind!

Motivation is an important factor which brings employees satisfaction. This can be done by keeping into mind and framing an incentive plan for the benefit of the employees.
