Role


The Senior Manager, Learning Operations is a key contributor, working closely with the VP, Learning Operations to drive the creation and delivery of high-quality synchronous VILT content.

The Senior Manager, Learning Operations will handle the delivery of synchronous LIVE and Virtual Instructor led training programs across the B2B and B2C segments. They will be expected to create state-of-the-art live content, and coordinate with faculty and facilitators to achieve learner delight. They will be entrusted with the following responsibilities:


  • Conceptualize Harappa curriculum-based proposals to fulfill the demand for synchronous LIVE Sessions and Virtual Instructor Led Training Programs
  • Work closely with customers in the enterprise segment and with the internal Solutioning and Sales teams to ensure the intent and outcomes of the sessions are well-captured
  • Lead initiatives aimed at developing detailed session plans and learning material like audio, video material, case studies, activities, projects, etc. for LIVE Sessions

  • Contribute to strategic initiatives aimed at improving the learning experience/satisfaction, learner engagement, and learning outcome parameters
  • Coordinate internally with multiple stakeholders to ensure the smooth delivery of the Team’s commitments
  • Ideate, plan and execute new projects to enhance the Team’s growth and execution
  • Engage with a diverse range of Faculty, Clients and Functional SPoCs

Functional Requirements


  • 8+ years of preferred work experience, preferably client facing or in-house with Learning & Development roles; in the Training, Skilling, EdTech or Online Education companies
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced, high-volume, results-oriented environment
  • Ability to handle a highly focused team that is driven towards creating the right impact for enterprise customers and learners
  • An avid learner, someone who actively seeks out feedback and challenges to learn, grow, and improve
  • Ability to build authentic relationships and read people, including understanding and teasing out the subtext of a conversation to better address needs and effectively lead people
  • Strong attention to detail, deadline and delivery orientation, and ability to work under pressure
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle fast-moving projects across internal and external stakeholders
  • Problem-solving and process management skills; detail orientation and passion for achieving global quality standards
