Complaints and submissions
The accounts are not an official channel for complaints and enquiries and we are unable to provide specific advice for individual casess. You can find a list of ACCC contacts on our website, including online forms for making complaints.
Any comments on ACCC public consultations received through our Twitter accounts will not be accepted as official submissions. To make a submission please follow the instructions on the relevant public consultationspage.
Passwords
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Services and for any activities or actions under your password. We encourage you to use “strong” passwords (passwords that use a combination of upper and lower case letters, numbers and symbols) with your account.
