Configuration Profile and MIDP

J2ME (Java 2 Platform, Micro Edition) is a platform designed for developing applications for mobile devices such as cell phones, PDAs, and other embedded systems. It includes APIs for user interfaces, networking, storage, and other functionality that is specific to mobile devices. MIDP applications are typically written in Java and run on mobile devices that support the J2ME platform.
