Print Documents, Envelopes and Labels

Microsoft Word provides several options for printing documents, envelopes, and labels. Here are the steps to print documents, envelopes, and labels in Microsoft Word:

 

Printing Documents:

 

Open the document you want to print.

Click on “File” in the top left corner of the screen.

Click on “Print” or press “Ctrl + P” on your keyboard.

Choose the printer you want to use and any additional printing options, such as the number of copies and double-sided printing.

Click on “Print” to print the document.

 

Printing Envelopes:

 

Click on the “Mailings” tab in the top ribbon.

Click on “Envelopes” in the “Create” section.

Enter the recipient’s address in the “Delivery Address” section and your own address in the “Return Address” section.

Choose the envelope size and orientation.

Click on “Options” to set additional printing options, such as font size and style.

Click on “Print” to print the envelope.

 

Printing Labels:

 

Click on the “Mailings” tab in the top ribbon.

Click on “Labels” in the “Create” section.

Choose the label vendor and product number.

Enter the text you want to appear on the labels in the “Address” box.

Click on “Options” to set additional printing options, such as font size and style.

Click on “Print” to print the labels.
