Track, Accept, and Reject changes in a Presentation

Track, Accept, and Reject changes in a Presentation

Microsoft PowerPoint allows users to track, accept, and reject changes made to a presentation. Here’s how to do it:

Tracking changes: Go to the Review tab and click on “Track Changes.” Any changes made to the presentation will now be tracked, and a vertical line will appear on the left side of the slide to indicate changes.

Accepting changes: To accept a change, click on the change in the markup area and then click “Accept” in the Changes group on the Review tab. The change will then be incorporated into the presentation.

Rejecting changes: To reject a change, click on the change in the markup area and then click “Reject” in the Changes group on the Review tab. The change will be removed from the presentation.

Reviewing changes: To review changes, click on “Reviewing Pane” in the Changes group on the Review tab. The reviewing pane will open, and you can scroll through all the changes made to the presentation.

Turning off tracking changes: To turn off tracking changes, click on “Track Changes” again on the Review tab.

Note: The changes made to a presentation can also be accepted or rejected by clicking on the Accept or Reject buttons that appear when hovering over the change in the slide.
