Keyboard troubleshooting is rare as problems with keyboards are about stuck keys or loose connectors, and are mostly detected during POST. But if keyboard becomes unresponsive then
- Unplug the keyboard connector from PC after switching off the PC.
- Attach a working keyboard to keyboard connector of PC and verify, if new keyboard is working then the older keyboard is problematic else there is a motherboard-related problem.
