Why Inheritance

Inheritance is a time saver else if no properties were passed then common styling for nested elements need to be given to each element.
But, not all of the styles are inherited and styles like width have not been inherited or the same margins is not applied but these apply only to the element on which they are placed, not to its children else rules to remove width and margin on every element would have to be written.
Inheritance lets tags copy properties from the tags that surround them.
