Public Speaking is an attribute that must be possessed by a telesales professional for a successful career and professional growth. In order to learn what a customer wants, it is very necessary to ask them. Do not presume what they want. A contact made is a way to extend relationships and thereby increase life time customer value. Communication is a source to know the customer’s feeling and thereby identify if the customer is facing any issue with your offerings, technology etc.

English speaking skills

The most essential thing while conversing is to speak clearly so that it is understandable to all. Do not worry about not having a native English accent. However, we can make an effort to improve your pronunciation and speaking skills. One of the suggestions to improve your pronunciation is to speak the words clearly and effectively. Listening and understanding when others are talking is also important.
