Submenus and Rollover buttons

Submenus and Rollover buttons

In Dreamweaver CS5, submenus are dropdown menus that appear when a user hovers over a main menu item. Submenus can be created using the Spry Menu Bar widget, which is a pre-built widget in Dreamweaver that allows you to create horizontal or vertical menus with submenus. You can customize the style and behavior of the menu using CSS and JavaScript.

Rollover buttons, also known as hover buttons, are buttons that change appearance when a user hovers over them with their mouse. This effect can be created using CSS, JavaScript, or Dreamweaver’s built-in rollover button feature. To create a rollover button in Dreamweaver CS5, you can use the Insert Rollover Image command to define the two states of the button (normal and rollover), and then customize the button using CSS or the Properties panel.

Both submenus and rollover buttons are common features in web design, and can improve the user experience and navigation of a website.
