Technical
It is used to measure the individual user growth within an organization. It also analysis the user utilization of new subject area. It can be used to generate the training strategic reports. It also schedules the Service-Level-Agreement reports.
Strategic
It measures the team goal, mission of the organization and how well it is achieved. It is also used measure the corporate vision and user satisfaction.
