Body Language

Body language refers to the non-verbal signals that people use to communicate. These signals comprise a large portion of daily communication.

From facial expressions to body movements, the things people don’t say can still convey volumes of information.

Body language is thought to account for between 50-70% all communication. Understanding body language is important, but it is also important to note other cues such as context and to look at signals as a group rather than focusing on a single action.
