  • Circulation: Refers to the number of copies sold or distributed by a newspaper or a periodical.
  • Readership: Refers to the number of people reading a newspaper or periodicals.
  • Viewership: Refers to the number of people watching a given programme.
  • Listener-ship: Refers to number of people listening a given programme.
  • Impressions: Are total of all audiences delivered by a media plan.
  • Reach: No of people who view the ad in a given time, usually four weeks.
  • Frequency: No. of times an ad reaches the same person.
