Post acquisition it is important to review the newly formed team which is the employees of the two firms brought together. The review should be based on the fact that only if the team is strong and happy could the acquisition be beneficial
After the acquisition, it is inevitable the employees would be affected by the changes in the organizational structure. The employees are particularly concerned about the restructuring policies of the new owner. Though it is true that buyers generally try to retain the old employees so that the operations are not hindered but in order to cut costs and remove redundant post it is possible that some employees are asked to go.
