Mergers and acquisition can sometimes bring such companies together who have a completely different work and corporate culture. If the cultures of the two companies do not merge with each other it could affect the bottom line of the M&A.

So it is important that post M&A the culture of the two organization merge with each other and make a corporate culture which would be beneficial to the newly formed entity and would help in achieving the goals and bottom line of the mergers.
